Silky Pumpkin Pie
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes (plus pie crust shell)
  • Baking Time: 55-60 minutes

Silky Pumpkin Pie

Silky is right!  Light like a custard, yet sensuous with ginger and cinnamon.  Everyone who likes pumpkin pie and who has tried this version has said it's their favorite.  See for yourself!  Took a blue ribbon at the State Fair.

Apple Cranberry Pie

  • Baking Time: 60-70 minutes

Apple Cranberry Pie

This apple-cranberry combination is especially loved during the holidays, and the red color makes it spectacular!  This pie won a blue ribbon in the "non-traditional apple pie" category at the NM State Fair by a Pie Pal, John.  Thanks for sharing, John!

Perfect Pumpkin Pie
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes plus pastry
  • Baking Time: 55-60 minutes

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

What makes it perfect? It's silky smooth, and has the traditional pumpkin flavor with an almost voluptuous mouth feel. Oh! Whipped cream on top would be gilding the lily, but what the heck. Won a blue ribbon at the state fair in 2002.
